What You Need to Know
Can my employer pay for me to join this program?
Yes, your employer can pay for you to join the program. Many employers recognize the value of professional development and may cover the cost as part of their employee development or training budget. We can provide an invoice or receipt for reimbursement purposes. Please check with your employer's HR or training department for their specific policies and procedures. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact our support team.
When does the program happen?
The program runs for 4 weeks and happens on Mondays from 3pm-4pm EST:
- Fall I (September 2024)- CLOSED
- Fall II (November 2024 on the 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th)- LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE
- Spring I (March 2025 on the 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st)
- Spring II (April 2025 on April 28th, May 5th, 12th, and 19th)
Who is eligible to apply for the program?
The program is open to women of all career stages who are aspiring to or currently in leadership roles. Ideal participants have at least 7 years of professional experience, with a passion for leadership and personal development.
What is the format of the program?
The program is delivered entirely online, combining video lectures, live webinars, interactive workshops, and discussion forums to provide a comprehensive learning experience.
How many hours per week should I expect to dedicate to the program?
Participants should plan to dedicate approximately 3-5 hours per week to the program. This includes time for attending live sessions and implementing leadership activation exercises.
Can I receive continuing education credits for participating in this program?
Possibly. Depending on your industry requirements, you may be eligible to receive continuing education credits for participating in the program. When you are able, send us the requirements and any documentation that we need to complete and we’ll take care of it for you!
Is attendance mandatory for live sessions? What if I miss a live session?
While live session attendance is highly encouraged to maximize your learning experience and interaction with instructors and peers, recordings will be available for those who cannot attend. If you miss a live session, you can catch up by watching the recorded version, which will be made available shortly after the session concludes.
