Sarah Casalan is President of The UPS Store, Inc., the retail arm of United Parcel Service and one of the most recognized franchise brands in the world. She leads a network of more than 5,300 locations across the U.S., and stepped into the President role in 2021 after more than three decades rising through the company.

Sarah grew up with very little. She built her career from the ground up, broke patterns that ran in her family. In 2020, a heart attack forced her to start living more truthfully. What she learned reshaped how she leads, how she parents her two children, and how she makes every decision.

Under her leadership, the UPS Store partnered with the American Heart Association on a nationwide initiative to place life-saving equipment in communities, work that earned the company the AHA's Award of Meritorious Achievement.
